写作步骤

高考英语总的时间为120分钟，虽然它没有对具体每一部分的时间做出详细的规定，但是我们认为合理安排时间是相当必要的。有的学生认为写作文的时间就像“拉橡皮筋”，伸缩度很大，前面的题目做得快了，写作文的时间就多一点，前面的题目要是做得慢了，写作文就草草了事。殊不知，这正是英语高考写作文的大忌。英语高考的作文看似容易，人人都有话可说、有文字可写，但要把作文写好，写得让阅卷老师心甘情愿地给你高分，却并非一件容易的事情。事实上，每年高考英语作文的平均得分并不高，而高考英语作文的分数却占了英语总成绩的1/6。由此可见，英语高考的写作还是应该予以相当程度的重视，考试的时候应该就时间等问题进行合理的安排。本书的编者认为，英语高考写作的时间应该为30分钟左右。

具体步骤和时间安排如下：

第一步：审题、确定命题形式

根据给出的提纲或者要求，确定属于何种命题形式（参考第三章），快速确立自己的思路，建议此时将它们写在草稿纸上，这一过程对于确定文章的主线非常重要，不要怕耽误时间。由于试题中一般都给出了中文线索，你所列的主线内容最好与它们保持一致，以免跑题。审题时间可以安排3—5分钟。

第二步：选择模板

在确定命题形式之后，依据本书介绍的题型，迅速选择合适的模板（参考第五章）。这一过程需要1分钟左右的时间。

第三步：进行填空

将已经构思好的具体内容填入模板中。虽然整个框架已经由模板确定，但是要拿到20分以上甚至满分，就必须注意具体的写作元素。如多种句式（简单句、并列句以及复合句）的运用，使文章更为灵活；长短句的交错出现，使文章富有节奏感；若干长句后出现的一个短句可以明显地突出观点；连接词的运用，可以使文章富有层次、连贯；通过举例、对比等，可以使文章更为生动易懂；若能恰如其分地运用一些修辞，如比喻、引用俗语或者名人警句等，就能起到“画龙点睛”的作用，使文章熠熠生辉。另外，注意所举实例切忌不符合题意或太浅显。这一步骤需要20—25分钟左右。

第四步：修改文章

在写作过程中，由于精神紧张、时间匆忙等原因，难免会出现这样那样的错误，最后的修改工作是必不可少的，这一步骤需要3—5分钟。修改文章主要考虑以下两点：

1．语法，如主语和谓语在人称和数上要保持一致，全篇时态保持一致等等；

2．拼写，写作时要书写清楚，尽量避免拼写错误，不要给阅卷老师留下连单词都不熟悉的坏印象，因小失大。

具体写作步骤可以用下图表示：

现在，我们试举一例进行说明：

第一步：审题、确定命题形式

Guided Writing Directions: Write an English composition in over 120 words according to the instructions given below in Chinese.

你应聘了一家知名外贸（foreign trade）公司的市场助理（marketing assistant）这一职位，请写一封自荐信。

 从该作文题目给出的要求来看，这篇文章应该属于“应用文中的求职信”这一种命题形式。

第二步：选择模板

确定本作文题目为应用文的命题形式之后，选择该模板。

第三步：进行填空

将自己熟记的模板直接写到作文中，并将空格处的内容填上。在此我们进行一次演示，为了方便考生阅读，我们将另起一页用左右对照的方式给出示范。

第四步：修改文章

    写作时难免会有些错误，所以，文章写完之后一定要进行检查、修改，尤其要注意时态、人称和数的一致，另外，仔细看看拼写正确与否，这里不再详述。
